RESERVATION POLICIES:

1. Service Booking: To ensure technician availability, we require a minimum of two (2) hours' notice for all new service appointments.

2. Service Model: Maxytech operates as a mobile service. We do not have a physical retail location; our services are conducted via a convenient pick-up and drop-off system at the client's premises.

3. Limitation of Liability Regarding Data: The client acknowledges that IT services and repairs carry an inherent risk of data loss. While Maxytech will take all reasonable precautions to prevent data loss, we shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to data that may occur. We strongly recommend that clients perform a full backup of their data before any service is commenced.

4. Minimum Service Fee: Each service request is subject to a minimum fee of $200.00. This fee covers our technician's time, labour, transport costs, and the initial diagnostic and research process. This fee is payable upon completion of our assessment, regardless of whether a full repair is possible or if the client chooses not to proceed with the recommended solution. Our commitment is to provide a professional diagnosis and a viable solution for every issue.
